Agora Hacks_26ª

Café Luitpold
10. — 12. Apr 2026

Develop realistic, actionable prototypes that improve listening, understanding, and deliberation in democratic societies.

Societies have always been shaped by debate, disagreement, and the hard work of negotiating perspectives. The ancient marketplace, the coffeehouse, the public forum – all were spaces where different voices collided and something new emerged.

Today, those spaces are largely digital. And too often, they're built in ways that do the opposite: amplifying noise, flattening nuance, rewarding outrage over understanding. That's the problem Agora Hacks_26ª takes seriously and why we at the TUM Think Tank are proud to join as a partner to this innovative Agora Hacks-Hackaton, a 48-hour prototype sprint to rethink how public discourse should work in the digital & agentic age.

Over 60 builders from across Europe will develop working prototypes for the future of democratic discourse. The goal is concrete: develop realistic, actionable prototypes that improve listening, understanding, and deliberation in democratic societies.
