  • Introduction to the international “Data Governance and Innovation Initiative (DG2I)”: objectives, thematic priorities, and international cooperation/network. Boris Paal, TUM
  • Perspective inputs: short presentations highlighting different considerations and approaches to data regulation and innovation. Stefan Brink, WIDA; Luca Bolognini, IIP; Mikołaj Barczentewicz, University of Surrey
  • Plenary discussion: why data regulation needs rethinking; key principles; and practical pathways for implementation in the current EU context.
