Ann-Kristin Mayrhofer

Ann-Kristin is a Research Fellow (Akademische Rätin a.Z.) at the Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, European Private Law and Procedure of Prof. Dr. Beate Gsell at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich. Her research focuses on liability law, civil procedure, the law of digitalization and legal tech. Ann-Kristin studied law at the LMU in Munich and at the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas in Paris. Her PhD thesis dealt with the extra-contractual liability for autonomous systems (humans, animals, and AI-systems).
