Arfa Khan

Arfa Khan is a graduate student in Politics and Technology at TUM and a Graduate Assistant at the TUM Think Tank. Her work focuses on AI governance, digital transformation, and ethical tech adoption, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.

Passionate about bridging policy and technology, Arfa supports international collaborations on responsible AI — from strengthening AI literacy to co-developing governance frameworks. She has contributed to initiatives with the UN, IBM, and civil society actors, and is especially interested in the public sector’s role in shaping inclusive AI ecosystems.
