About Timo

Timo is an assistant professor of political economy at the Munich School of Politics and Public Policy at TUM. He has worked on the politics and political economy of technological change since before it was cool. He is methodologically quite promiscuous and interested in how ideas and policy can and do change the course and character of technological transformations.
