Kathryn​ Bailey

Kathryn Bailey ist Professor of Practice in Research Governance Partnerships an der University of Exeter.

Kathryn ist Expertin für IKT, internationale Entwicklung, Daten sowie Wirtschafts­kommunikation. Sie verantwortet die Bereiche Operations, Kommunikation, Politik und Partnerschaften der Ethical Data Initiative.

Im Laufe ihrer Karriere koordinierte Kathryn als Head of Communications and Partnerships die Kommunikations- und Outreach-Aktivitäten der G7-Initiative Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition (GODAN); leitete als Publications and Media Relations Officer das mehrsprachige Publikationsprogramm des OECD Development Centre; arbeitete als Project Officer im Team der OECD Environmental Performance Reviews; und war Mitgründerin sowie Director of Operations and Marketing eines Tech-Start-ups, wo sie sämtliche operativen Aspekte eines KMU verantwortete.

Sie ist Editorial Advisor für das Open-Research-Portal f1000 Agriculture, Food and Nutrition von Taylor & Francis und besitzt einen BAHons in Französisch, Linguistik und Übersetzung vom University of London Institute in Paris.
