Former Community and StraTeGic Partnership Expert

Gesa was the Community and Strategic Partnership Expert at the TUM Think Tank until autumn 2026. In this role, she worked on advancing community engagement tools and formats, both for the overarching TUM Think Tank platform and for its individual labs. Gesa brought a rich and diverse background, with experience in academic research at various universities in Germany and abroad, in science management within the academic and non-profit sectors, and in public administration with the City of Munich.

We are excited to invite the TUM community to meet our new Friedrich Schiedel Fellows of Batch #2. They will give insights into their exciting and innovative projects under the motto, "Human-Centered Innovation for Technology in Society". Our fellows work to build new bridges between social sciences and various other disciplines. Their interdisciplinary research projects focus on how technologies can be developed responsibly, human-centered, and democratically, serving the public good. We look forward to seeing you there!
